Brine Management
We provide energy-efficient solutions to avoid brine discharge and source marketable crystallized products (salt, soda ash, potassium chloride, bromine, gypsum, magnesium) that can be used in cement production, agriculture, etc.

NeoBrine solutions combine multi-stage flash (MSF) technology and a highly efficient heat transfer method. The technology has the advantage of optimal CAPEX/OPEX correlation thanks to unique patented design solutions and deep heat recuperation processes.
Exerger™ is designed to process all types of industrial effluents, brackish and seawater.
As the treatment result, it produces recyclable resources: distilled water, crystallized salt, and sludge.

Why focus on Brine Management?
Water supply in the dry regions is often based on Reverse Osmosis desalination. Brine is the by-product of desalination typically discharged in the ocean. The coastal water quality is deteriorating with a growing salinity, and the marine life suffers.
Brine Management is a critical priority that needs new efficient solutions.
The key issues to address in brine disposal:

We treat brine as a resource rather than waste. Our Exerger™ technology extracts high value chemicals and minerals for industrial and agricultural use. Beneficial reuse of brine helps to minimize the environmental impact and achieve Zero Liquid Discharge.
